Long description: Nirvana Adventures is based in the lake district of Kamshet 110 km from Bombay (Mumbai) enroute to Pune. We have conducted a lot of exploration activity in the area and have discovered a variety of sites within a 30 km radius of our base suited for training, hobby pilots and more adventurous pilots. The sites are flyable between October to June and flying is possible for almost every day of the long season. Kamshet is one of the friendliest and most surprising areas you will visit. The hills in the area seem to have been sculpted specially for paragliding, the village kids are adept at packing gliders and the elders are our weather experts. Dramatic scenery, spicy Indian food and a rich cultural experience provide a splendid backdrop to some brilliant flying. It is also an ideal base for pilots wanting to explore the broader reaches of the Western Ghats, travel inland, chasing thermals, discover XC routes or wander down the coast in search of constant conditions.
